By accessing or using Stamp'd at getstampd.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Stamp'd is a travel intelligence platform providing personalised visa guidance, document management, and trip planning tools based on your passport and destination.

• Visa information is sourced from third-party APIs and may not always be current — always verify with the official embassy or consulate
• Stamp'd is not a travel agent, visa agency, or legal service
• Currency rates are indicative only

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent passport or identity documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or our systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code

You retain ownership of all personal data and documents you upload to Stamp'd. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Stamp'd is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Visa requirements change frequently — always verify with the relevant embassy or government authority before travelling.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamp'd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including visa denials, missed flights, or travel disruption caused by reliance on information provided by the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings or by emailing hello@getstampd.org. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. Full jurisdiction details will be included in the finalised terms ahead of general availability.
